Crock Pot Chicken Thighs Recipe

Gradual Cooker Chicken Thighs Recipe

  • 8 bone-in, skin-on hen thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to style
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried mustard
  • 2 tbsp recent chopped parsley (non-obligatory)


  1. Warmth olive oil in a cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottom pan. Season hen with salt and pepper, then sear pores and skin facet down till golden. Switch hen pores and skin facet as much as the gradual cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic, onion powder, dried thyme, dried parsley, and dried mustard. Whisk collectively, then pour over the hen.
