Gradual Cooker Chicken Thighs Recipe

Components:
- 8 bone-in, skin-on hen thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to style
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried mustard
- 2 tbsp recent chopped parsley (non-obligatory)
Directions:
- Warmth olive oil in a cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottom pan. Season hen with salt and pepper, then sear pores and skin facet down till golden. Switch hen pores and skin facet as much as the gradual cooker.
- In a medium bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic, onion powder, dried thyme, dried parsley, and dried mustard. Whisk collectively, then pour over the hen.
- Cowl the gradual cooker and prepare dinner on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for five hours, till hen is cooked by means of and the sauce has thickened.
- Take away hen from the gradual cooker and place on a serving dish. Spoon sauce from the underside of the gradual cooker over the hen, sprinkle with recent parsley if desired, and serve.
