Instructions:

- Deglaze and Simmer:
- Pour in the dry white wine and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until reduced by half.
- Stir in the lemon juice and capers, gently combining everything.
- Finish and Serve:
- Return the chicken cutlets to the skillet, spooning the mushroom sauce, capers, and lemon over the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon zest.
