- 3 g garlic powder
- 3 g onion powder
- 4 g smoked paprika
- 5 g brown sugar
- 10 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 2 g mustard powder
Directions:
- Place the ground beef in a large mixing bowl and gently break it apart.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and mustard powder.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the ground beef.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and gently mix until the seasonings are distributed.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a thick round patty about ¾ inch thick, avoiding overworking the meat.

- Preheat a cast-iron skillet or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
- Place the patties on the hot cooking surface, leaving space between them.
- Cook for approximately 4–6 minutes per side, until nicely browned and caramelized.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for safe doneness.
- Remove from the heat and let the patties rest for 3–5 minutes.
- Serve on toasted burger buns with your favorite toppings, or pair with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables.
