A creamy, rich, and indulgent dessert, this homemade tiramisu features layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and a velvety mascarpone filling. The perfect no-bake treat for any occasion!
π Ingredients:
β’ 250 g (9 oz) low-fat quark
β’ 250 g (9 oz) mascarpone
β’ 100 g (Β½ cup) sugar
β’ 200 g (ΒΎ cup) heavy cream
β’ 2 packets vanilla sugar (or 2 tsp vanilla extract + 2 tsp sugar)
β’ 200 g (7 oz) ladyfingers
β’ ΒΌ liter (1 cup) strong espresso
β’ 125 ml (Β½ cup) Amaretto
β’ Cocoa powder, for dusting

1οΈβ£ Make the Cream:
β’ In a large bowl, mix the quark, mascarpone, and sugar until smooth.
β’ In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
β’ Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
2οΈβ£ Layer the Tiramisu:
β’ Arrange half of the ladyfingers in a shallow dish.
β’ Mix espresso and Amaretto, then drizzle half of the mixture over the ladyfingers.
β’ Spread half of the mascarpone cream evenly over the soaked ladyfingers.
β’ Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers, coffee mixture, and mascarpone cream.
