Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

This Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge is rich, smooth, and melts in your mouth. It’s an easy, no-bake treat that’s perfect for peanut butter lovers!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 5 ounces half & half
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Pan:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later. Set aside.

2️⃣ Prep the Powdered Sugar:

  1. Add 3 cups of powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Peanut Butter Mixture:

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the light brown sugar and half & half, mixing until well combined.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then allow it to boil undisturbed for exactly 1 minute and 45 seconds.

4️⃣ Remove from Heat and Mix:

  1. Take the saucepan off the heat and stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

5️⃣ Combine with Powdered Sugar:

  1. Pour the hot peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the powdered sugar.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until it is completely smooth and lump-free.

6️⃣ Set the Fudge:

  1. Pour the smooth fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  2. Let the fudge sit at room temperature until it’s completely cooled and set, which usually takes a few hours.

Tips:

  • For extra flair, you can sprinkle chopped peanuts or a drizzle of melted chocolate over the top before the fudge sets.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
