🛒 Ingredients (makes ~40 rum balls):
• 100 g (½ cup) butter, softened
• 100 g (¾ cup) powdered sugar
• 200 g (7 oz) milk chocolate (e.g., Milka Vollmilch)
• 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate (e.g., Milka Zartherb)
• 4 tbsp rum (54%)
• Milk chocolate sprinkles, for coating

1️⃣ Prep the Chocolate Mixture:
• Whip the butter until very creamy.
• Sift in the powdered sugar and mix well.
• Melt the chocolates together in a water bath (or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between).
• Stir the melted chocolate and rum into the butter-sugar mixture until smooth.
• Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2️⃣ Shape the Rum Balls:
• Wet your hands with cold water to prevent sticking.
• Use a teaspoon to scoop the mixture and roll small balls (~2.5 cm / 1 inch).
• Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles to coat evenly.
3️⃣ Chill & Serve:
• Place the rum balls on a tray and refrigerate for another hour before serving.
