Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp honey
 - 40 ml milk
 - 340 g Greek yogurt
 - 5 tbsp cocoa powder
 - 300 g biscuits (digestive biscuits or similar)
 - Milk (for soaking biscuits)
 - Hazelnuts (optional, for crunch)
 
Method:

Prepare the Cream:
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, and honey until smooth and well combined. - 
Crumble the Biscuits:
Break the biscuits into small pieces. Optionally, soak them briefly in a bit of milk to soften. - 
Add Hazelnuts:
Stir in the hazelnuts to add a delightful crunch. - 
Combine the Mixture:
Add the crumbled biscuits and hazelnuts into the yogurt and cocoa mixture. Mix everything together until well combined. - 
Shape the Salami:
Roll the mixture into a log shape (like a salami) using parchment paper or plastic wrap. Make sure it’s tightly packed. - 
Chill:
Refrigerate the chocolate salami for 3 hours to set. -
