  • 40 ml milk
  • 340 g Greek yogurt
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 300 g biscuits (digestive biscuits or similar)
  • Milk (for soaking biscuits)
  • Hazelnuts (optional, for crunch)

Method:

  1. Prepare the Cream:
    In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, and honey until smooth and well combined.
  2. Crumble the Biscuits:
    Break the biscuits into small pieces. Optionally, soak them briefly in a bit of milk to soften.
  3. Add Hazelnuts:
    Stir in the hazelnuts to add a delightful crunch.
  4. Combine the Mixture:
    Add the crumbled biscuits and hazelnuts into the yogurt and cocoa mixture. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Shape the Salami:
