Ingredients
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 packet fajita seasoning (or homemade blend—see below!)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
